While knowledgeable about the area we were looking, Katy was not always very responsive. We wanted to put an offer in on a house and it took 4 days to do so. Ive bought and sold my home before and I am familiar with the process. Ive never worked with an agent who made it so difficult just to make an offer on a house. Once the offer was rejected on our final offer, Katy let us know but never responded back to me after.
