ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with Katie was absolutely amazing I had been working with a couple different realtors and couldnt really connect with any of them most of them would not return phone calls till several days later. I had been looking for a house for almost six months, then I met KATIE. The first house she showed me wasnt the one but she took the time to actually explain things to me that I had no clue about, as it was my first time buying a house that none of the other realtors ever even mentioned or explained she was patient, she was kind, and she was caring. I automatically fell in love with her. When I started my journey I had said I'm not Having a girl realtor and at that point I really meant it since all the other girls that had tried to help me didnt even return phone calls and seemed like they only wanted to make money and my budget wasnt worth it to them. So Katie was very different she took her time day in and day out to help me find my dream house Its in the perfect location its close to everything I wanted, yet far enough from everything I want to be far from. I'm finally in my safe haven thanks to KATIE. If I ever had to move again I would definitely only use her shes became more than just a realtor to me shes became a friend. She is very honest and told me the good and bad on every house I looked at, she is always very upfront in a sweet way, She would give me her honest opinion and always leave the ball in my court. She was not pushy at all she never seem like she was getting frustrated with me even knowing I have very high anxiety and I know I can frustrate a lot of people but shes just so very kind hearted. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.
