About Katie Stamp

Growing up on the east coast most people from my area never left home. Not me, I have always had a spirit for adventure, following my passions wherever they may lead. In 2007 a ski trip brought me to beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado and I was hooked. Three short months later, I took the plunge and made a log cabin my home, in Alma, Colorado. They say you come for the winter and stay for the summer and they were right. The mountains of Colorado satisfy my soul. My free time is spent with my adventure partners- my husband, son and two dogs, enjoying God's creation by foot, bike, and ski. In 2011, my husband and I purchased our first home in Fairplay, Colorado. This purchase sparked my passion for real estate and my desire to grow our community in Park County and surrounding areas. Being a Realtor is so much more than buying and selling it's about building relationships. I strive to understand my client's needs and exceed their expectations.
