Tracy was assigned to me through Zillow and it has truly been the biggest blessing to me during my home buying process. Tracy and I set up a virtual tour and from day one I was just blown away by how polite and charismatic he was - he paid attention to the little details during the walkthrough tour that really made me feel like I was there and after further deliberation I made an offer on the spot.Tracy worked with me in the wee hours of the night to get an offer done so that we could present it to the seller first thing in the morning.
