You guys need more stars! Haha. All kidding aside, Katie is amazing at her job....which probably is an understatement. This was our first homebuying experience and she made the process really as smooth as possible. There were quirks....mostly on the lending side...but it's real estate it's never cut and dry. We are friends, so we knew going in our personalties would be a great fit. But in this process, we learned a lot about her passion for the industry and her clients. We will refer all of our friends/family to her in the future!

Katie was extremely available. She never shied away from our questions and was always honest with us. It felt like she was consulting with us, rather than selling us. We toured with a few other realtors and felt that they were trying to tell us what we wanted to hear. My wife and I got a good deal on our first home while the market was hot. We looked for around 5 months for a house, and Katie never rushed us.
