As we were looking to undertake an interstate move, our realtor in Virginia found Katie through her network. That same week, we met Katie at a house we had our eye on and there was an instant connection. She was honest and plain spoken. Throughout the process she oversaw certain contingent items for us since we were out of state, maintained the right amount of communication and let us know what was going on, and even negotiated a pre-settlement occupancy for us so we could get our daughter into school on time. She went out of her way on several issues and either solved them herself or gave us the right information to do so. I?ll recommend Katie to anyone looking at real estate in the Lewisburg area.

Katie is an amazing realtor (and person)! My son is moving to Lewisburg, PA in August. Katie was so incredibly helpful in finding him a place to live. Not only did she Facetime him numerous times to show him properties, but she gave him a little tour of the town. Her virtual tours were great, she did not miss a detail of any of the properties she showed him. She has so helpful every step of the way, going above and beyond to answer all his questions. I would highly recommend Katie if you are looking for properties in her area, you wont be disappointed.
