Working with Katie was great from the word go! To start, she came to our house to meet with us to discuss the selling process and what to expect. She came prepared with comps, a market analysis, and data to support the listing price of our home. Katie uses a professional photographer that was able to capture images that truly show the features of our home. While our home was on the market, Katie was consistently in contact with us and the relators that would show our home. Katie advocated for us as the sellers and was there every step of the way. During the sale of our home, we moved out of state and Katie went above and beyond to make sure that our home sold so we could purchase a home. Katie is passionate about what she does and is very familiar with Missoula and the whole Bitteroot Valley. I highly recommend her to anyone is buying or selling in the Missoula area.
