1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The first thing to do is to consult with a mortgage loan officer to see how much you can afford and what types of loans you qualify for. Then you can begin your home search.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
A well kept, tidy home will do the best in any market. It's important to clear away clutter and have your house as clean as possible for photos and when potential buyers come to see your house.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of buyers. From first time homebuyers to seasoned investors. So far, the youngest buyer I assisted was 19 and the oldest seller was 92.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorite transactions was a family I worked with over a couple of years to find their first home. When I met them, they were expecting their first child. They weren't able to find a home before their daughter was born, but a year or so later we started looking again and eventually found a home they love!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I began my real estate career after 20 years in corporate marketing and sales operations.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
My experience in marketing and sales operations is very beneficial to my clients. I'm well versed in marketing, advertising and negotiation, which is very important in the real estate field.
