Katie did all the research in what we would need to purchase and split the parcel. Based on her findings, we went ahead with the purchase. Katie took care of every detail getting the property split and the house sold (which sold in 4 days). She kept us informed every step of the way. Most importantly, we did not need to do anything. Unfortunately no once you go through title the second it's transferred it's yours.
I think staging personally would be a waste just because people are buying homes and it is a red hot sellers market i honestly think it would be more Unnecessary work and money for you in the long run since homes are selling so fast regardless.
