1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Talk to a good lender to start, then find a good Realtor that will work for you that you can trust.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Listen to your Realtor, they should have your best interest in mind. Price where recommended so your property doesn't sit on the market too long.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Lots and lots of home buyers and sellers, as well as vacant land. I average about 50 transactions per year.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A cozy Wrightwood home that we got a quick sale on. The seller was recommended to me by a local escrow officer.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My husband obtained his Real Estate license in 1977. I worked with him and got my license in August of 1980.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Working six days of week makes for a lot of experience. I've pretty much seen it all.
