She came out months in advance and helped me develop a list of key items to upgrade before listing. She gave excellent advice and also paired me up with fantastic contractors to assist with the work. I had very little luck finding responsive contractors on my own because they all seemed to be slammed with work, but when Kathy called them though they dropped what they were doing to come and help. That's EXACTLY what I needed to get my house sold.The end result was that we sold our 100+ year old house for OVER asking price in UNDER a week!
