Kathy was great. She helped me negotiate. She helped me get credits from the seller. She recommended somebody to do the property inspection. She recommended the lawyer I used for closing. She recommended contractors for flooring and walls. Everybody she recommended was great. It was so nice to have a realtor who can helped me with virtually everything related to the purchase and remodeling of my new home. Once I am totally moved out of my old home she will help me with the sale of my old home.
