ZillowVERIFIEDWe were first time home buyers and came across Patrick via Zillow. We had met with a few realtors previously and hadn't yet settled on someone to work with full time (we were admittedly a little wary of the realtor role, as it had struck us as very sales-y so far). After our first showing with Patrick we immediately knew we wanted to continue working with him. Patrick is extremely transparent about the home buying process, is very calm, isn't pushy, and puts you at ease. Not only does he know his own trade extremely well, but he also brings the perspective of having built his own home. Patrick has lived in VT most of his life, knows the market well, and can counsel you on the quality and cost of the machinery/materials in the homes you are looking at - an extra bonus for people who don't have any experience with home ownership. When it came time for an offer, he handled all of the logistical pieces and talked us through how the process would work at every step. The home buying process has the potential to turn into a stressful endeavor. Patrick kept it stress free and fun.
