Kathy is the best realtor I have had the experience to work with. She was available whenever we had questions and if she didn't know right then, she would find the answers and get back to us quickly. When we had problems with an uncooperative HOA, she contacted both the management company and the board daily (some days several times) until they produced the documents that we needed to sell. When we went through the contracts and legal forms, she explained every paragraph so we knew exactly what we were signing. I absolutely cannot recommend her highly enough!
