I highly recommend Kathy Luebcke to everyone! She is very professional, informed, persistent but not pushy and was with us every step of the intense home buying process. Kathy previewed properties before showing, negotiated a credit for roof repair and helped us to get viking stove fixed (not cheap) after we signed all documents. She was kind enough to give a home warming gift with the home keys and I feel she became our good friend.
