I started my business after many years of working always in sales and customer service. I grew up on the outskirts of Akron, OH. My parents taught me that if you wanted something, you needed to work for it. Thus, the sales career started. At an early age I sold christmas cards with my sister to purchase radio. I continued in the sales area working for an Amway dealer before the age of 16. In my high school years I worked at the local mall. After graduating from high school I got married had a child and continue to work in the retail field. After several years I decided to continue my education by attending the University of Akron obtaining my Associates Degree. My career continued in the sales and customer service field and eventually started my own medical billing service for physicians. Made my own marketing material and signed several physicians processing their medical claims electronically I am passionate about the needs and goals of my clients by consisting delivering great customer service and strong attention to detail ensuring a positive experience to all parties.
