I met Kathy at an open house and was incredibly impressed by her. We actually talked for about 30 minutes. I went to many open houses this year and she was by far the best realtor I met. She had great materials to hand out but many realtors do. What she has that others lack is a genuine interest in each person looking for a house. She subsequently sold the house of one of my friends, the day it went on the market. In talking with my friend she told me how wonderful it was to work with Kathy. Kathy knows the town, the market and what buyers are looking for. She is very thorough in pricing the house just right and she is a genius in doing so. When we were ready to sell our house I called her and couldn't have been happier. Our house sold an hour and a half after it went on the market! Kathy is great! She helped us sell our condo in a buyers market for just under our asking price. Not only that, she sold it within 3weeks. We anticipated having it on the market for months. We met at the condo and she explained her strategy for selling real estate. She said it was a matter of team work. We asked her a gazillion questions which she either answered right than or got back to us when she said she would. We really felt she put her heart and soul into helping us sell. To prepare the condo for viewing she went through each room with us.Together we made a list of things to do to make the condo more welcoming.
