ZillowVERIFIEDWe called Kathy out of the blue on a Friday evening, wanting to look at two houses that we had seen online. She arranged for us to see both of them the next morning. She walked through the houses with us, and had very good ideas on things that we could do for updates and renovations.She knows everything and everybody in and around Townsend TN. We live 7 hours from Townsend, so Kathy did 100% of the work in the negotiations and the closing. We never returned to Townsend until about a week after the closing. By that time, she had lined up a contractor, who has been unbelievably good. Ok, the contractor is her husband, so yes, it was probably easy for her to line him up. But I have to tell you, he is more than a contractor, he is an artist. His work is beautiful. Together, they make an incredible team. She knows everyone we ever need to contact about just about everything. Need pest service? She knows who to call. Need some sort of specialized cleaning service? She knows who to call.We could not be happier with our experience. We would not hesitate to do business with her again.
