ZillowVERIFIEDThis is the 3rd time I have used Kathy for buying/selling my homes. She had our document preparation for our initial meeting turned around within a couple of days - surprisingly fast!! She is extremely thorough in her preparation for getting your house ready for sale. Shes been doing this for YEARS in the Framingham area and absolutely knows what shes doing. I rarely, if ever, questioned her advice and recommendations. She is highly responsive to questions. I am never left hanging waiting for her to get back to me. And she was always letting me know what was next or what I needed to do for the selling process. She is tenacious and will work to make sure you get the very best offer. What I like(d) most about Kathy is that she became my friend. Its been 7 years since the sale of my last house and this house and I always felt that I could reach out to her (and did!) in the interim if I needed recommendations on contractors to do work around the house. It was great to connect with again regularly while she worked to sell my home. I HIGHLY recommend Kathy as your realtor!

Everything from staging our house to getting quality contractors to help us fix up a few things to get it ready for sale. We were under a tight timeline as we were moving down South. Kathy is incredibly responsive, detail oriented and has incredible local connections and knowledge to support you across the entire process. Kathy literally knows everyone in metrowest as she is a seasoned realtor. She does her research and she helped us price the house correctly.
