She was absolutely wonderful. Wouldnt have changed anything. She was upfront and honest and told me what needed done to sell my house quickly and when I was finished it sold fast. Very pleased with everything. I would definitely recommend and use her again in the future if I needed to.

When I moved into town I was looking to buy a home and no matter who I came across, Kathy Dudgeon was the name always given. Kathy was attentive and listened to what I was looking for, which really made the process easy for me. Even after the sale, Kathy is still in touch making sure everything is still going ok. She still provides advice on contractors and on the home in general. When I had questions about the home, Kathy was able to contact the previous owners to get answers that I had which is amazing!
