Relocating is always a stressful and difficult process and Kathy made our home buying experience seem effortless. We were moving an hour away from our last home of 23 years. We had sold our home in Montgomery County and found ourselves in the situation of having to find and rent a small place and putting all of our many belongings into storage units because we couldn?t land a new home. We were just heading into the fall season and we had been unable to find and purchase a new property that we liked or that fit our list of needs . Although we were being assisted by the realtor in our immediate area who sold our home, the market was so intense at the time that we were just unable to keep up with the number of people also looking and bidding on the same homes we liked so far away from where we were located and often we came up not having a leg to stand on. It was so discouraging to find a home and not be able to even have a shot at purchasing it time and time again. We were consumed in the search for our new home. We were constantly viewing and searching online and making long trips after work and on the weekends while still packing up our old house and trying to maintain some type of ?normal? life. My husband and I had pretty much given up hope that we would find another home that we both loved. We also sadly resigned ourselves to the fact that we would most likely be unable to get into a new home until we?ll after the new year had passed. We reevaluated our current situation and decided it was in our best interest to find a realtor who new the areas we were looking to purchase in and we luckily landed with Kathy. Without going into every detail, Kathy made our dreams come true. She got to work right away and before Thanksgiving even rolled around we were already in our new home. She was attentive, organized and available and I was finally put at ease when Kathy took over. I am eternally grateful that she was able to place us in our new home that we truly love, that fits all of our needs, and that we would NEVER have been able to obtain without her tenacity and assistance.
