I don't believe I've ever written a testimonial; however, to not write one for Kathy Chisholm would be a travesty. This was not our first home purchase, and I'm not an easy person to impress. Kathy blew us away. She was off the charts in every imaginable way that you can think of when it comes to a RE Broker. She really was exceptional in every facet of our purchase of our new home; and more importantly the sale of our former home. Having said that her process expertise was totally unbelievable. She was on top of every single item; and she never let up. Case in point, two hours before our closing she called me and told me to contact the highway department pertaining to something she had picked up on during our walk through the previous evening. That phone call led to us discovering some important information, and saved us roughly $1,000. Kathy is truly unbelievable. Kathy recently partnered with us to sell our house. Her advice leading up to the decision to sell, her pre-sale planning on what had to be done to get ready for sale and her sense of ownership of the whole process was second to none. Kathy is the one you want when selling or buying a house! She is extremely knowledgeable and gives great advice to help you through all aspects of the transaction. She is an expert in every aspect of the local market and is well connected with a vast network of repairmen, inspectors, lawyers, etc who know and respond to her requests. For example, I was having trouble getting a workman to return my call. When mentioned I was working with Kathy on his voicemail he responded that day to my request.
