When we interview Kathy, she made a very good impression on us. She didnt overpromise, in order to get the business. She gave us an estimate for the value of the house, and she told us what we needed to do before putting it on the market.We liked Kathy to the point that we decided to work with her, without interviewing any other agent. We followed her many advises in preparing and in marketing the house. In listing the house, she stressed the importance of an accurate and honest description, to make sure that potential buyers would have a consistent picture, once they saw the house in person. She works with a stager (included in her fee) who gave us very good advice in rearranging the furniture in the house, and to prepare it for the visits. Kathy has an extended contact list, and an extremely efficient sale organization. The house stayed on the market for one weekend, in which it received about 20 visits (in this respect, we think that Kathy did an excellent job in listing the house at the right price). At the end of that weekend we received 5 offers, and the house sold for a higher amount than the listing price. Kathy provided valuable advise also in the negotiating stage, but at the same time she respected our decision without pressuring us. In summary, Kathy did a fantastic job, and we are extremely happy to have had her as our agent.
