If you are looking for a realtor and found Kathy Borys , your search is over. I have had 5 homes over my life and I cannot think of a better realtor experience nor can I even think of how she could improve.She is extremely knowledgeable about my NE neighborhood, pushed me to spend a little more money, pointed out where to spend it and where to forget about it, and then delivered a sales price, which I thought was unattainable.
