My house was on the market on August 26, 2024. I accepted an offer in 2 weeks and settled on October 7, 2024. My agent Kathy Banaszewski has helped and supported me all the way in the process. As I am a busy professional who lives out of the state, she helped me deal with contractors who made repairs in the house. She made herself and her staff available whenever it was needed. She worked with the HOA to remove the erroneous information from my account. She had the house professionally cleaned and made the house super clean and shine.
