When we first decided to look for a home we had a different realtor, we were not fond of. Nothing seemed to be working out. One day my mother told me to just call this lady My mother found on Zillow, and get her opinion on some things. When I called Kathy, she was honest, and thats what we were looking for. We had no clue what we were doing as first time buyers, we didnt even know what type of loan we had. But when I spoke with Kathy, she asked a few questions and said give her 10 minutes, she knew everything there was to know and what we needed to do! I was so impressed, right then and there we knew we wanted her as our Realitor! We had a hard time with our mortgage trying to get paperwork work together and at the last minute. Id call Kathy, and she was right there on top of it, Kathy was handling everything, right then and there.
