ZillowVERIFIEDKathryn is a VERY knowledgeable person in the real estate market. She really knows her stuff. She is FUN to work with. She makes home buying very easy. She took me to some houses I would not have otherwise looked at, which I think is a good thing because I ultimately chose a house a little bit outside of my comfort zone. She probably could have done better when it came to negotiating the seller/house flipper down on the price (I wanted 10k off list). She made the purchase transactions from the time I committed to the time I closed extremely smooth and very easy. She set up the inspection with the best inspectors possible. She got arguably a very good closer to handle the closing for us. Would I recommend Kathryn to anyone in need of her services or use her in the future? ABSOLUTELY.
