Katie helped us find our dream house! We'd scheduled a few tours with her one morning and she went out of her way to get us to see an extra house (the one we bought) that had been put on the market the night before. Amazing! She was highly responsive and very straightforward, which we really appreciated. It was clear that she would never sell a house that wasn't high quality.

We cannot recommend anyone more than Katie as a realtor! We worked with many realtors before we came across her! Katie got to know us well over our at least 2 year quest for our growing family and would not settle for the lots of overpriced junk out there! She always shows up on time and put up with our Indiscisivness, worked with our schedules bent over backwoods till we got the house that best suited our needs! She got us to see homes as soon as we found them or they showed up and she recommended we take a look. Katie worked all hours of day and night responding instantly even on vacation! She researched houses before we got inside and When we got inside she knew what we needed to look out for what repairs to expect and what was a good price to offer that would get us the house in we liked it! She knows everyone and asked question n worked with selling realtors in our interest! When we found the one she even worked with the lenders getting our mortgage they quickly, pushed us in every hoop we needed to jump thru, every inspector, banker and even our attorney to get our closing to happen ASAP!!! She negotiated with everyone a deal that if not for her we would not have a place to call home! We cant be more thankful for Katie putting up with us and making our home a reality. There are many good realtors out there who do their job from for their own interest or as a side job! Katie put our interest first and never gave up even when we did!

We can't recommend Katie highly enough. As first time home buyers we didn't know much about the process and Katie was invaluable with her expertise.
