To say I recommend Katie is an understatement. I have done a few real estate transactions prior to meeting Katie so when I started the most recent transaction with Katie I wasnt expecting to be so overwhelmed. I wasnt overwhelmed because of having to figure things out or rush to find paperwork. I was overwhelmed at the ease Katie made the whole process. This was also emotional for me and some how Katie also always found the most perfect words to say. From the first day, she made it clear that this was my sale and there would not be any pressure to sell at anytime. She was right. She also is so knowledgeable, not only about the real estate market, but in negotiating, in legalities. Katie was on top of every appointment (even the ones that werent ours) Katie would run if needed (and with my sale, that was necessary multiple times.lol) all and all there is no other person I would even think of calling if it pertains to real estate.
