To put that in context, I have purchased and sold a number of houses over the years and have worked with many different agents. Not only did Kathryn have keen insights into the dynamics of the local housing market but she was incredibly helpful in arranging for my home to be professionally staged and in assisting me in disposing of furniture that I was not going to keep. Additionally, when the buyers home inspection report listed a few minor items that needed to be addressed, Kathryn personally arranged for local contractors to do the work. This was especially valuable to me since I was no longer living at the house and it would have been very difficult for me to take care of this remotely.
