Kathy is an awesome realtor! We highly recommend her to anyone planning to buy and/or sell a home. We looked for over a year to find a suitable home and saw one online in our preferred neighborhood but the price was over our limit by quite a bit. When we told her about the house, she did a market analysis and found it to be overpriced so we decided to look at it and ended up making an offer which was accepted. We were thrilled but now we needed to sell our house. Kathy helped us with that as well, and hosted several open houses that proved very successful. Wow! Be careful when you go out looking at properties with Kathy Anderson! We were planning to downsize in about a year from this Summer. Took one look at a prospective condominium and we were so taken by the view, things just snowballed from there!
