We just closed on our house yesterday, and we wouldn't wanted any other person than Kathleen to be our agent. Our price point was not a high one. This led us to look at properties that were difficult to finance and needed repair. Kathleen was fantastic at helping us find the best houses for the budget we had. She never once made us feel because we were not a high commission sale that we were any less important.She helped us find contractors in the area, she helped us with negotiations, she suggested ways we could finagle the contract with the seller and lender to get repairs while still being fair to all involved. She advocated for us with the lender.And response time? We often wondered if this lady ever slept. She would answer us back usually within 15 minutes of our emails, even at times we weren't expecting her to until the next day. To top it off, she really does care about her clients and it shows. She went out of her way to make sure we got set up with all we needed because she was concerned. You *CAN NOT* go wrong hiring this amazing woman. Rather buying or selling. If it wasn't for her, we would have given up, because we hit a bunch of snags. She is AMAZING.
