Having experienced several significant life changes in close succession and already feeling completely overwhelmed, I had to sell my house to get a loan for an out-of-state house. I had a very short time frame to accomplish this. Kathi Rafters jumped right in, guided me beautifully, and priced my house right. She actually recruited her family to clean out my barn while I was out of state for my mothers funeral. They also pitched in when I had to pack up the contents of my house, barn, and connex box (and even did dump runs).
