Her intimate knowledge of Glen Ridge/Montclair/West Essex neighborhoods, schools, town life and NYC commute times come from personal experience and relationships. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Kathy worked in the NYC fashion industry for 25 years, including running a $40 million dress manufacturing company for 10 years. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I could not imagine going through this process with anyone else. As a first time home buyer Kathy took the time to make us feel at ease along every step of the way. Kathy was great to me ten years ago when I first looked at buying a home (in a much lower price range at that!) and was equally as amazing with me and my fiancee today. I think that says a lot about a real estate agent when they offer up equal expertise regardless of where you are looking and at what dollar amount. Kathy connects with her clients and wants to see the best for them. For as long as Kathy is working I would always go to her for anything and everything. She is the best of the best!

Kathy was recommended to me by my lawyer when I had to sell my sisters house after her death. She is wonderful! You definitely want her on your team. I had never lived in the house I was selling and she pointed out all the good and mostly bad things about it. She was so knowledgeable about knob and tube wiring, old fuse boxes and all the current Glen Ridge and NJ regulations. She knows everyone in the industry. She has a contact for every situation. I had been so stressed about the house sale until I realized she was in control. All her recommendations paid off. We had to sell the house as is and due to the strong market we were able to sell it at a price I never thought possible. You will never regret selecting her. She is a joy to work with, one of the best in her field and is always there for you. We were constantly in touch. I will recommend her to everyone.

We started our home buying search during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2021. The market was absolutely bananas.
