About Kathleen Kemme

I absolutely love real estate and always have. This was a career I chose that I thought could really help people fulfill their dreams of purchasing a new home or move on to the next chapter in their life after selling. Two personal experiences come to mind that I think make me an agent you can trust and work hard for you. As a first time home buyer myself years ago, I remember what it was like when my agent never called me back after I left a message. I felt ignored and unimportant. Every thought, idea, or question is important from my clients which is why I keep in constant communication with them. Walking them through the process from beginning to end helps relieve much of the anxiety of purchasing a home. Another experience I had is when my mother put her house on the market that she raised her family in. She was showing signs of dementia, so I became her power of attorney. Me and my siblings wanted an easier life for her in an apartment close to us. I will never forget her real estate agent calling me at work yelling at me that my mother refused to show her home. This is a unique situation that takes experience, patience, and understanding. Weather you are purchasing your first home, selling your last home or somewhere in between, I promise I will guide you through the process, listen to your needs, and stay in constant communication with you.

I enjoy music of all kinds, animals of all kinds, and traveling of all kinds.

Kathleen was an amazing realtor to both sell and buy a home. We probably weren't the easiest clients but she listened to us, took the time to explain everything and made sure we were happy. She did everything she could to facilitate selling our home. She went above and beyond including taking my dog for a walk during showings. When we decided to buy a home...well we had her all over the upstate. Amazing, will highly recommend to anyone.
