ZillowVERIFIEDMark and Kathy Clark are undoubtedly the unconditional absolute best realtors in the Alto/Alto Golf Estates real estate market. We used them to sell our Alto house. It sold within six months, but during that time, we were guided about what to do to get our house in the best presentable shape to assure a good sale. I always understood that a house should be in good, clean, close to pristine condition to assure a good sale. We repaired and re-stained outside wooden decks and stairs, painted and recarpeted (old carpet was stained and over 20 years old) throughout the house and did other touch-up work under the good guidance of Mark and Kathy. They are so knowledgeable, and have the best technology, regarding comparables and other real estate matters. We have bought and sold several properties over the years with the participation of excellent realtors, but none matched Mark and Kathy's expertise, local knowledge, responsiveness and, in particular, skillful advice in negotiating the ultimate sale price. They are the best! .
