ZillowVERIFIEDI'm an out of state landlord and Kat Cherry is my property manager for my rental properties in NW Austin. She's been absolutely amazing and has consistently gone above and beyond. I came to Kat with a sticky situation. My previous PM was useless, lazy and created a problem tenant for me who wouldn't leave the property and wouldn't pay rent. As soon as Kat took over, she worked non-stop to help fix the issue. Once the tenant moved out, she worked non stop again to get the property ready for the market which included quite a lot of work. She's super responsive, explains everything very clearly and really goes above and beyond to make sure that her clients are taken care of. My property was also rented out in less than a week after she put it on the market. Throughout the entire process I felt like Kat really had my best interest in mind and worked really hard for me. Having had other property managers in the past I can say without a doubt that Kat is the best in the industry and choosing her will be your best decision in managing your real estate investments.
