About Kathleen Boggs-Shaner

I grew up in Oaklyn and Collingswood, and graduated from Collingswood High School. I've lived in Haddonfield since 1991, where both of my children graduated from Haddonfield High School. I spent 30+ years in sales, marketing, and business development working for major corporations, family businesses, and running my own business. I made the best career decision of my life transitioning this experience to a real estate career. I received my NJ real estate license in the spring of 2003. Initially, I joined Coldwell Banker's referral network, and in January 2006 went full-time joining Prudential Fox & Roach's Haddonfield office (now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach Realtors). I received the prestigious New Jersey Monthly Magazine's Five-Star Real Estate Professional award seven years in a row - 2012-2018 (representing the top 1% of New Jersey realtors for industry knowledge & client satisfaction as of 2018), the 2010, 2012-2017 NJAR "Circle of Excellence" distinction, 2017 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach Presidents Circle Award, 2013-2016 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach Leading Edge Society (top 7% of BHHS, Fox & Roach agents), as well as Prudential's PREA Honor Society in 2010-2012. I'm thoroughly familiar with the local geography and well versed on how the individual real estate markets are performing within each community. Service and communication are #1 with me. Kathleen was extremely knowledgeable both in the process and market details for our area. She was very pleasant to work with and exceeded expectations every step of the way.
