Ashley is a native of Pensacola who has settled in Santa Rosa County after many military moves around the country. She is a former elementary school teacher and had three children come through the Santa Rosa County School District. Ashley understands the needs of our military, knows the area, and knows our schools. She takes great pride in her communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the entire transaction. Experience matters in all aspects of the buying/selling process and Ashley have the experience to achieve the best possible outcomes. I enjoyed a fantastic experience working with Kathleen Battertons team while assisting my elderly mother with the sale of the home she cherished and shared with my late father for 28 years in Pensacola Beach. Team members, Matt Batterton and Emilie Morgan, worked with us directly and they demonstrated incredibly dynamic skills as realtors. I had never bought or sold a house before working with them so I was nervous about my ability to guide my mom through the process successfully. However, as soon as we met Matt and Emilie they radiated confidence and enthusiasm. Their magnetic energy bolstered my faith in the process and reinforced my mothers peace of mind so I feel grateful to them for inspiring the sense of empowerment we achieved while working together. They also collaborated with a solid network of local professionals who each specialize in their fields. For instance, we received excellent advice from the stager they referred us to. And the photographer they booked for us showcased the homes unique design features beautifully in bold and crisp detail. They coordinated and booked contractors for repairs and offered referrals for estate sale agents as well. Emilie did an amazing job creating our listing for MLS. She is very tech savvy and she utilized AI in order to generate a polished and alluring description of the house which included fun highlights and desirable perks of home ownership in Pensacola Beach. The combination of gorgeous photos and engaging ad copy totally made the listing pop! I also appreciate how knowledgeable Matt is about the local real estate market. He communicated with my mom and I tirelessly throughout the sale. He was able to address and resolve issues quickly and he was friendly and dependable every step of the way. I attribute the success of the sale of my parents home to the professionalism Kathleens team consistently demonstrated and I absolutely recommend you consider choosing to work with them yourself!

I selected Ashley to help sell my home upon recommendation of a mutual friend. At first, she was great. However as the process progressed, I felt that she was working for herself instead of me. She would not answer questions that I had and I had to press her for answers. She tried to make negotiations with the buyer without consulting me. She didn't even show up at the closing. All of this can be backed up by emails and texts. I do not recommend using Ashley to sell your home.

Dylan Smith of Levin Rinke realty is beyond the five stars given here! I looked to purchase a home buy owner from out of state and can not say enough how he went ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND what a realtor should do! Dylan Smith is the best realtor ever, and also best person ever!! He went out of his way for us daily for months, worked at night, and even on weekends for us, even tho he has his own family, he still will go the extra mile for his customers, we got so aggravated thru out our phone buying experience, bc it is stressful, but dylan will treat you like family, he is awesome, and w highly recommend him nothing but perfect, even gave us a restaurant giftcard and card to congratulate us and took a pic with us at closing, he will treat you like family, please take the time to give Dylan a chance if you ever need a new home or piece of land, you wont regret it!!!
