Katherine Peterson

Kate, born and raised in Salem by a teacher mother and a builder/designer father, graduated from South Salem High School. In 1987, she moved to Los Angeles to work in the Advertising Industry. After her years in advertising, Kate took a job working in sales and distribution for the International Film Industry where she worked and traveled the world until 2004, when she had her first child and moved back to Salem to raise her family. Kate is a proud Mother to the two best kids in the world, (she is not biased!). From the International Film Industry to Salem, Oregon Real Estate, Kate has been in sales for more than twenty five years and can adapt to any situation. She has the ability to "read the room and/or person" in order to know how to best communicate. Kate has been around the construction/building and now the real estate industry her entire life beginning with her father, her brother is now a successful licensed general contractor here in Salem. Kate offers six years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate sector in both sales and leasing and has happily added Residential Real Estate to her business.
