We looked it up online and sure enough it was! Small things like that are where you can distinguish your good realtors from your great ones. Finally, to add on to the patient aspect, Katherine has never pressured us to keep looking when we were wanted to take breaks and has never pushed us to look for anything outside of our wants just to get a higher price point. We can't recommend her enough and will be messaging her for our next purchase!
