I have worked in real estate since February of 2016 at Home & Land Professionals in Las Vegas, NM. During this time, I have helped 14 Buyers and 14 Sellers to successfully Buy/Sell their properties. Before beginning my real estate career, I was an accounting clerk at a family owned construction company in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Prior to that, I sold automobiles for about a year. I waited tables in college and was a hostess for 2 years in high school at my favorite restaurant, Acadiana Cafe, in my hometown of San Antonio, Texas.

We bought our house sight unseen, I know crazy. We did get a lot of pictures from Katie and she showed the house to our daughter who lives here. She was very honest about the good and the bad. And very knowledgeable as to our options. We finally saw the house a week before closing and found it to be more then we had hoped. We did the closing online from 600 miles away and it went without a hitch. The best I can say about Katie is she would be my first choice if I ever need a real estate agent again.

Miss McLaren was extremely responsive to our needs when we were looking for our home. She showed us all the houses on the market in our area that meet our requirements. She also showed us some others in order to supply us with information on what was actually available in our market. Katie went above and beyond when working with my husbands availability to look at homes. When new homes came on the market Katie was on top of scheduling viewings for us as soon as possible. When filling all of the paperwork Katie was there giving assistance when needed to get everything together and get them submitted by the required deadlines. She was there whenever we needed her and helped us get the home that is truly everything we wanted.
