I decided to become a real estate agent after I had several poor experiences with the ones in my area. Over and over again I met with agents who didn't answer their phones, didn't understand my vision, and who were too busy to show homes within a reasonable timeframe. My services are centered around being an agent who answers their phone and provides quick feedback. If you ask my past clients, they will all say I provide excellent communication. I was born and raised in Erie, PA and now reside in Corry, PA. I graduated from McDowell High School and went to Gannon University for Business Management and Marketing. For the last several years I have worked in the marketing field full-time. I have been looking for a realtor for some time. When I went online looking for help to sell my farm. A few minutes later Kat Dennis reached out to me. I was so surprised that she got back to me. I explained what I needed and then out of the blue. She started asking me questions and then the next thing I knew, we were at my farm and she found some men to help clean out my house. That day we had people asking about my farm. I was surprised how fast she got it on the market and how fast that I had a buyer. I signed the papers and she got me in touch with someone else and I signed more papers. Within a few weeks my farm was being sold. Kat was very nice and kind. Very helpful in so many ways.
