We let Katey know we were casually looking for a home in a particular school district in Butte. We weren't actively or aggressively looking, and she didn't pressure us at all. It was the most comfortable real estate experience we've ever had! She found us our dream home, in the right area, with the right school district, and the attached garage I didn't even knew I NEEDED! She is so in tune to her buyer's needs, that she won't waste your time with stuff that just isn't for you. She's so fun to work with - and knows everyone, so she even got us a great lender!
