We are a local real estate team serving clients from St. Johns to Mt. Hood, Newberg to Scappoose, and everywhere in between! We enjoy helping buyers and sellers navigate the process of buying or selling residential real estate. Kate Wille has been a licensed Realtor for over a decade and partnered with her husband, Ben Wille to form Porch Light Realty Group in early 2015. Chloe, Ashley, and Kate were all great! Chloe was our main real estate contact, she was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and super responsive.
