Kate has been a delight to work with. She used her expertise to help get our offer accepted with the sellers when there were 5 other offers on the table! We had to adjust our offer on the fly and Kate was super on top of it every step of the way. She advised us exactly what to put in the offer to the sellers to get us the best chance of getting our offer accepted. You can tell she has a lot of experience in real estate, she thought of every angle we could use to get our offer accepted and it worked! After our offer was accepted she walked us through all the next steps. Including having her team schedule inspections on our behalf and make sure we were getting everything we need. She then personally came up with a spreadsheet of the needed repairs on the home and sourced bids from contractors so we could estimate what the repairs would cost. She worked closely with our loan officer to make sure everything was on the right track to get the house closed on the proper time. We are so happy with the professionalism that Kate always expressed while working with us. We also appreciate her sense of urgency in all things related to buying a home. She really took great care of us.
