Kate Warner

Kate Warner was born and raised in Akron, Colorado, on a cattle ranch and feedlot. Growing up, she spent every spare moment helping her dad on the ranch. Her mom owns and operates Washington County Title & Abstract and Kate spent time learning the title business with her. Coming from a rural background motivated her to attend and graduate from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. She started her real estate career by working through college as a secretary for one of the oldest and best known real estate firms in Fort Collins. In 2001 Kate graduated from CSU and got her real estate license. She went on to have many successful years selling real estate in the Northern Colorado region working for The Group, Inc. Real Estate, one of the leading real estate companies in the US. Kate also invested and managed several income properties of her own. In 2008 Kate decided she was ready to head back to her roots and into a small town. She moved to Sterling, Colorado and started selling real estate with Reck Agri Realty and Auction. She gained valuable experience in selling agricultural property and has the upmost respect for the time she spent working with Marc Reck and learning from him. Kate says the best day of her life was in May, 2008, when she met Dan, Gentry and Berkley Warner. Dan and Kate were married in December 2008 and then Kate moved to Nebraska to be with them. Kallan Warner joined the family in September of 2011. Kate will be offering real estate services for farm, ranch, residential, income properties, commercial and recreational properties. Having now been in the business for 14+ years, she has a passion for real estate and working with people. Her goal is to for her clients to have a great experience when handling their real estate transactions, by working fairly and honestly for all parties involved.
