Alexa is a phenomenal agent for so many reasons. First and foremost, she puts her clients' needs first. My husband and I were searching for our forever home so we were quite particular and wanted to take our time making sure we made the right decision. She walked me through the process from start to finish--from thoroughly reviewing estimated costs, to providing recommendations of local mortgage companies, I was in great hands. This is my 2nd time working with Alexa. She helped my husband and I buy our first condo in Chicago in 2018 and now that our family is growing, she helped us to sell that condo and buy a single family home in Logan. I first reached back out to Alexa completely out of the blue on a Saturday afternoon after going to an open house on a whim and she responded immediately and then met us for a 2nd showing the very next day.
