Kate was phenomenal from start to finish in the search for our first home. In our initial meeting, she was attentive to our desires for a house and walked us through the buying process. She promptly answered our calls or texts at any point in the day/week which was very important because we purchased during the COVID epidemic and everything was up in the air. Kate went with us to see a few potential homes and had an keen eye to point out the positive and negative aspects of the properties. With her many years of experience, she was upfront and truthful about if a property was worth purchasing- and even talked us out of 2 homes! When we finally found the perfect house we wanted to put an offer in for, she worked seamlessly with the other agents and the attorneys to adjust the pricing so we only had the simple task of signing forms. My husband and I fully recommend Kate as a buyers agent- we wouldnt have been able to do this process without her.
