1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Make sure you are ready to take this step financially and have a pre-approval, this way when your ideal home comes onto the market, we are ready!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The best advice I would give a seller is to not list their home because an agent who wants to list your home gives them a high number. Look at market data, start there. And when contemplating any renovation before listing- get an inspection and just focus on repairs:)
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
sellers + buyers, multifamily and residential
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Working with a for sale by owner seller- it was double the work having to keep up with my buyer and seller but when it closed and everyone was happy, It felt great!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I worked in hospice for 10 years and decided I needed a shift, it was at the beginning of covid so I Zoomed my real estate training
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Working in social services-families and elders for such a long time I believe I have gleaned a lot of patience and the ability to mediate between what one party wants and another needs.
