I contacted Kate in the Spring of 2018 to help my wife and I buy our first home. Kate helped us through the whole process from helping us find a lender, to finding us the perfect home. Fast forward six months and my wife and I were needing to sell our home since our jobs were relocating us. The first and only person we thought of was, Kate. With twenty-seven days Kate had our home under contract and ready to sell. She took all of the stress out of buying and selling our home.
