When I first contacted Kate, I told her being able to sign the listing agreement would be protracted. The sale of my mother-in-law's house fortunately didn't take long even in the market of Fall 2022. Kate handled everything from coordinating the junk company to bringing in the handyman to purchasing much-needed drapes, rods and a light for the dining room - of course we paid for everything but I was so stressed thinking I would have to do the coordination. And she held my hand and communicated throughout. She is the best!!!
